SavrAI is an early-stage B2C SaaS product which provide AI-powered product intelligence for online fashion shoppers.
OVERVIEW
Online fashion returns are a massive and largely preventable problem. Most tools today react after a purchase is made. SavrAI shifts the decision-making upstream, giving users clarity at the moment it matters most before clicking “Buy.”
I worked as the solo product designer, owning the end-to-end design process from problem framing and UX strategy to interface design and MVP delivery collaborating closely with the founder and engineering team.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Users don’t struggle because they lack data they struggle because they can’t assess reliability, relevance, and product quality objectively.
This created an opportunity to design a product intelligence layer that sits between raw reviews and purchase decisions helping users evaluate products independently of seller-driven incentives.
Research Insights
"Online shoppers spend 15–20 minutes per product reading reviews and comparing options, yet nearly 9 out of 10 still experience buyer’s remorse. Fake reviews, inconsistent information, and unclear quality signals continue to erode trust."
From research and industry data, we identified few recurring contributors to product returns:
Inaccurate sizing, Poor perceived quality, Not worth the price and Product not matching expectations
These issues don’t happen after delivery they are predictable before purchase, but users lack the tools to evaluate them confidently.
Through early user feedback and exploratory research, we observed a consistent behavioral pattern:
users hesitate before committing to a purchase and scroll endlessly through reviews, searching for reassurance rather than clarity.

PROCESS
I started by interviewing users, reviewing existing shopping behaviours, and mapping their pain points. What became clear was that confidence and trust were bigger issues than lack of information.
I explored multiple ways to present product insights this includes AI Score Only, Layered Explanations + Ratings and AI visual body-mapped model highlighting which show's fit risks to improve confidence for size-sensitive products.

SavrAI’s MVP delivers intelligent product evaluation with a streamlined, single-input experience: paste link → instant AI analysis → clear verdict. which includes Trust Through Transparency and Clear Information Hierarchy and insight comes with a short explanation based on trends from multiple sources, not a black-box score this help users understand why an insight is given.
This combination makes SavrAI feel like a trusted guide, not a salesperson.
