INFLUENCY
Influency is a mobile-first influencer marketing system designed to solve trust, transparency, and discovery challenges between brands and creators.
OVERVIEW
The influencer marketing industry is riddled with trust issues, payment delays, and inefficient discovery mechanisms. Most platforms prioritize scale over quality, leaving nano and micro creators underserved. Influency shifts the paradigm by building trust-first experiences that validate engagement authenticity and provide transparent payout systems at the moment creators need them most—before they commit to campaigns.
I worked as the solo UX/Product Designer, owning the end-to-end design process and collaborating with 6 person engineering team and 1 PM.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Creators don't struggle because they lack opportunities - they struggle because they can't trust platforms to pay fairly, validate their worth beyond follower counts, or discover campaigns efficiently.
PROCESS
I started by conducting competitive analysis, interviewing 20 users (12 nano/micro influencers + 8 brand managers), and mapping behavioral patterns. What became clear was that trust and transparency were bigger barriers than lack of features. I explored multiple ways to present campaign discovery, payout clarity, and verification—testing patterns like map-based browsing, upfront payment terms, and AI-driven authenticity scoring.
SOLUTION
Influency is a mobile-first platform with a companion brand dashboard, built on a single design principle: make trust visible at every step of the journey. Every screen, every interaction, every piece of information hierarchy was designed to answer the question a creator or brand manager is actually asking in that moment.

Mobile Navigation - Four Pillars of the Creator Experience
The mobile app is structured around four core destinations, each serving a distinct purpose in the creator's daily workflow. The bottom navigation bar carries these four tabs — Home, Campaigns, Messages, and Search — and the transitions between them are intentional, not incidental.

Campaign Discovery Page
Issue: Creators reported "too much scrolling" and local campaigns buried under national listings.
Solution: Introduced map view as primary interface with "Near You" notifications.

The creator profile
The creator profile is not a static portfolio page. It is the document that does the work of every application.
